I recently found this adobe air app that allows you to take screen shots and post them on twitter. At this time the app supports: TwitPic, TweetPhoto, Twitgoo, ScreenTwit, TwitrPix, yFrog, Mobypicture, img.ly, posterous, and TwitDoc.
To use the program on Windows press the print screen key and on Mac press Ctrl + Command + Shift + 3. Then you may type a message that you want to send with the picture, and then click upload. Tah Dah! your done, and your screenshot is on twitter.
One last note, this app runs on adobe air... so you will need to have it installed before you try and install Screentweetr.
